A brief CV

PhD Luca Moratal Roméu (Madrid, 1992) holds a PhD in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Bologna. He teaches Civil Law and Ecclesiastical Law at Universidad del Atlántico Medio. He is the author of La filosofía política de Ayn Rand. Un análisis crítico (Dykinson, 2022). In various publications and conferences he has dealt with issues related to the ontology of law, fundamental rights, contractualist theories, liberal thought and anarchism, among other lines of research.
