How social media are changing the image of business brands nowadays and the way that are impacting in increasing their income.

Nowadays, social networks have become an integral tool for all of us. From there, we are often inspired, motivated and work on them. Based on my experience, as a professor in the field of economics but passionate about creativity and social media these days, I see that a business without an online media has no life and for this reason its ROI is low. I currently have my own social media agency, Zen Digitalized, which focuses specifically on the client’s needs and how to deliver the product or service to the client. If you put soul and passion into it, not only will a poster, story or a beautiful video come out, but it will convey a clear and pure message to your target customers, translating directly into income.

Social media, for many companies, is now fundamental in shaping their brand image, with feedback from consumers being near instant. It has also impacted recruitment practices, as well as educational and personal development opportunities within companies, as people and resources have never been so accessible.

Social media has increased connectivity on all levels, as consumers, companies, and potential employees have more access to one another than ever. Although a company’s success may not rely on the strength of their social media presence, it is becoming an increasingly important factor, and one that is not likely to disappear anytime soon.
